Why did you start the Bootcamp?
I started the bootcamp because I’ve always wanted to work with computers, I was tired to work night shifts at the bar. I didn’t know where to start, and this bootcamp was great for me, to learn all the information I needed to start my new career.
What did you enjoy most about the Bootcamp?
I really enjoyed the Live labs, where I could actually practice everything I’ve learnt throughout the course. I also enjoyed the Cisco course, I downloaded Packet Tracer as well, to recreate the settings and configurations that were done in the videos.
What's your current role like?
I work as 1st Line Support Engineer for an MSP, we give IT support to companies that don’t have an IT department.
My daily tasks are: Answering tickets through email or answering the phone. Mainly are password reset, and setting up accounts and laptops (if needed) for new starters for our clients.
