As an AI Engineer, you will work across a diverse range of projects, collaborating with internal teams and external clients. Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior AI engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and AI-driven solutions

• Support the identification of key business problems and contribute to the creation of AI-based approaches aligned with strategic goals

• Translate business objectives into clear technical specifications for AI implementation

• Work with large, complex, and often unstructured datasets to extract insights and prepare data for training AI models

• Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy

• Prepare high-quality training datasets in accordance with industry standards and best practices

• Assist in evaluating model performance and iterating to improve results using techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and cross-validation

• Write and maintain internal documentation for AI models, processes, and deployment strategies

• Participate in client-facing discussions and presentations, helping communicate AI concepts and outcomes effectively

• Collaborate closely with software engineers and DevOps teams to ensure robust, scalable infrastructure and clean, production-ready code

• Maintain clear, professional communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the development lifecycle
