Why did you start the Bootcamp?
I started the bootcamp because I wanted to start a career in IT but wasn’t sure how to do this. I wanted to go down the apprenticeship route but was finding it difficult to find a suitable one. That’s when I found the Cyber Security bootcamp with IT Career Switch and saw the guarantee of an IT role within 15 weeks of passing my exams.
What did you enjoy most about the Bootcamp?
I enjoyed learning about the different IT concepts and the live labs which put what I learned into practice so it’s not all watching lectures.
What's your current role like?
Currently, I am working as an IT Service Desk Analyst for a bank which I am really enjoying. I assist colleagues with any issues relating to IT through calls and online tickets.
